1. Service Description

EasySubmits provides a manual directory submission service. Our sole responsibility is to submit your SaaS product information to the directories specified in your chosen plan. We handle the manual work of filling out submission forms and creating listings on your behalf.

Our service is about saving you time. We perform the tedious, time-consuming work of submitting to directories so you can focus on building your product.

2. Service Completion

Our service is considered complete once we have submitted your product to all directories included in your plan. Completion typically occurs within 5-7 business days from the date of purchase.

Upon completion, we will provide you with a detailed report of all submissions made, including the directories submitted to and any relevant submission details.

3. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee:

• Approval or acceptance by any directory
• The time it takes for directories to review or approve your submission
• Any specific results, including traffic, backlinks, or user acquisition
• That all directories will remain active or continue to display your listing after approval
• That submitted directories will not change their submission requirements or policies

While we cannot guarantee results, we commit to treating each submission with care and attention. We manually fill out each form with accurate information and follow directory guidelines to maximize your chances of approval.

4. Directory Approval Process

Each directory has its own review process and timeline. Some directories approve submissions immediately, while others may take days, weeks, or even months. Some directories may reject submissions based on their own criteria, which is beyond our control.

We are not responsible for directory decisions regarding approval, rejection, or the time taken to review submissions.

5. Quality of Service

We are committed to providing high-quality submissions. For each submission, we:

• Carefully fill out all required fields with accurate information
• Follow directory-specific guidelines and requirements
• Use the product information you provide through our submission form
• Verify that submissions are completed successfully

6. Payment and Refunds

Payment is processed securely through our payment providers. All payments are final once the submission work has begun.

We offer refunds only if:

• We fail to submit to the number of directories specified in your plan
• We do not complete the service within the promised timeframe and you request a refund before completion

We do not offer refunds for:

• Directories rejecting your submission
• Lack of traffic, backlinks, or other results
• Delays in directory approval processes
• Change of mind after the service has been completed

7. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information about your product
• Ensuring your product complies with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintaining your product website and ensuring it remains accessible
• Responding to directories if they contact you directly for additional information

8. Limitation of Liability

EasySubmits shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.
